关于影片
《围困城堡》是一部动物题材的科幻片，也是一部名副其实的惊恐片。影片用真实的动物拍摄，一边是白蚁，一边是食肉蚁，两者间的激烈的战争简直就是一部惊恐片。白蚁的巢穴被拍得就像是个生活着成千上万个体的科幻城堡。
《围困城堡》在视觉上是一部战争片，其中一些典型的古怪场景和行为，像是用电脑设计制作的一般，让人联想起某些科幻电影。 ”
主创阵容
菲利普·卡德隆请来了本诺阿.阿拉马为该片配音，后者是法国最著名的配音演员之一(摩根.福雷曼(Morgan Freeman)的法国配音)
菲利普·卡德隆是科学和历史电视纪录片的作者。他为法国艺术台和法国电视5台制作关于宇宙或者人工智能的大型系列纪录片(《物质》(La Matière))，同时也是全球环境问题的纪录片(《人与生物》(L’homme et le biosphère).)制作者。在《围困城堡》之前，他还制作了《戴高乐最后的日子》(Les Derniers Jours de Charles de Gaulle)以及《神经的历史》(La Grande Histoire du cerveau)两部片子。
